Through the Home Care programme, Lena receives weekly physiotherapy at home, helping her build strength, improve mobility and develop new skills, giving her a better chance at a healthier, more independent future.

Win* was born into a loving family, but without a birth certificate he had no official identity, making it difficult to access healthcare, health insurance, education or recognised legal residence.

Now registered, Win can receive medical care, attend school and maintain legal residence, opening the door to a safer, more secure future.
