Our Policies
Safe Child Thailand is committed to operating with transparency, integrity and accountability — to the children and communities we serve, to our supporters and donors, and to the public who place their trust in us. Good governance is the foundation of that trust.
The policies below set out the standards we hold ourselves to and how we put them into practice across our work in the UK and Thailand. We review them regularly to ensure they reflect current law, regulation and good practice.
Safeguarding and Whistleblowing Policy
Our commitment to protecting children and adults at risk from harm, abuse and exploitation, and the standards of conduct we expect from everyone connected to our work. It explains how concerns and serious wrongdoing can be raised, and how we respond to them.

Fundraising Promise
As a charity that raises from the public, we are committed to fundraising that is legal, open, honest and respectful. Our Fundraising Promise sets out the standards you can expect from us, in line with the Code of Fundraising Practice, and how to reach us if you have a question or concern about how we fundraise.

Raising a Concern
If you have a safeguarding concern, or wish to report wrongdoing connected to our work, you do not need to wait. Our Speak-Up page explains how to raise it confidentially, and where you prefer anonymously, together with independent routes outside the organisation.
